| The Kilian Corporation has specific insurance requirements for every subcontractor it employs. Each subcontractor agrees that it now carries, and will continue to carry during the performance of this subcontract: Workers Compensation; Commercial General Liability including A) Contractual Liability, B) Per Project Aggregate Endorsement; and Comprehensive Automobile liability with limits at or above those required as stated below:
Prior to commencement of the work, subcontractor shall provide Contractor with Certificate(s) of Insurance evidencing the required insurance. Such certificates shall be issued by an insurance carrier acceptable to Contractor and shall be endorsed to include: 1) The Kilian Corporation as an additional insured on a primary basis on the General Liability policy and Auto Liability policy, 2) Thirty (30) days prior written notice of cancellation or material change in any of the coverages, and 3) a waiver of Subrogation in favor of The Kilian Corporation on the workers compensation insurance.
Minimum Required Insurance
a. Workers Compensation Statutory Employers Liability 500,000 Bodily Injury by Accident 500,000 Bodily Injury by Disease 500,000 Disease Limit
b. Commercial General Liability — Occurrence Form Including per project General Aggregate Endorsement, XCU (Explosion, Collapse, and underground) Hazard coverage and premises operations, independent contractors, products, completed operations, contractual liability, personal injury and broad form property damage

c. Automobile Liability for owned, non-owned and hired vehicles. 1,000,000 - Combined Single Limit (each accident)
d. Excess Liability 1,000,000 Per Occurrence 1,000,000 Aggregate
It is the responsibility of the subcontractor to maintain insurance for paid stored materials that are a part of Subcontractor’s work. Contractor is to be listed as “additional insured” on an Installation Floater Policy/Builders Risk Policy.
In the event subcontractor fails to obtain or maintain any insurance coverages required under this subcontract, Contractor may terminate this contract for cause. Cancellation clause - The words “endeavor to” and “but failure to mail such notice shall impose no obligation or liability of any kind upon the company, its agent or representatives” must be omitted on the insurance certificate.
